"Retirement becomes a threat
when we exclusively look at money as the goal," claims financial planning
expert Christine Moriarty. Her unique approach softens retirement to a
holistic, well thought out process rather than a cut off point in our
lives. She calls her method "spiritual retirement"; a system that does
not exclude the money we need, but uses it as a piece of the puzzle to
building this new stage of your life. So while learning about money, we
will learn about its interconnectedness to our whole life.
She invites us to explore
the people, places, and things that have a space in our retirement plan.
According to Christine, it is never too early or late in your career
to start this process. The insights, ideas and exercises are designed
to support your creation of a satisfying life today and a better understanding
of your life tomorrow.

How
Much Joy Can You Stand?
Everything You Need to Know to Create Your
Dream
Suzanne Falter-Barns & Christine Moriarty |
|
Whether you know it or not,
you were born with something - or many things - to create that are unique.
Allowing such creativity to happen is the source of some of life's greatest
joy. Unfortunately, many of us 'let life get in the way' instead of
seizing that creative dream, that joy, and making it happen in our lives.
Author Suzanne Falter-Barns and financial coach Christine Moriarty will
show you how to connect with your dreams and passions and make them
a vital part of your life. Connect to the spiritual roots of your dream.
Being connected to your roots enables you to move through the day-to-day
pressures, responsibilities, and obstacles that have kept you feeling
powerless. We'll explore how to make your dreams come to life, or even
become a successful business.
More than just an inspirational
weekend, this workshop will give you concrete tools to turn your dream
into reality. Using hands-on creative exercises, plus journaling, meditation,
and a variety of other tools, Suzanne and Christine will help re-ignite
your creative spark and put that vision to work in your life. You'll
learn what makes your own creative process tick, and how to make the
time for your dream. Learn how to balance your life's work with your
present job, set up your dream for financial success, and create a critical
support network. This Easter weekend is an opportunity to transform
the rest of your life.
Christine Moriarty has an
MBA in Entrepreneurship and is a certified financial planner who has
been living her dream of having a private practice in Vermont for the
past ten years. A lively, witty, and wise woman, Christine's coaching
practice is dedicated to helping individuals manage their finances so
they can achieve their dreams. She also teaches entrepreneurship at
the University of Vermont and has led workshops for corporations nationwide
on personal financial planning. Suzanne
Falter-Barns is the author of "How Much Joy Can You Stand?
A Creative Guide to Facing Your Fears and Making Your Dreams Come True",
a One Spirit book Club Main Selection. Suzanne's web site is www.howmuchjoy.com.
